  • Day 6

Breakfast. In the morning of the sixth day, your breakfast must include a cup of green tea and a teaspoon of honey.
Lunch. The salad for your lunch should be made from cabbage, raw carrots and olive oil. A glass of fresh orange juice will give you the nutritional vitamins your body needs. Then you can eat 15 ounces of boiled turkey meat with a glass of that meat’s broth.
Dinner. A salad of raw carrots with lemon juice and a cup of fruit yogurt is your dinner for the sixth day.

  • Day 7

Breakfast. A cup of coffee and a teaspoon of honey. Your usual breakfast during this week.

Lunch. Eat a plate of salad made from cabbage, apples and carrots. They must all be raw, since raw eating is very good for your health. Drink a glass of fresh apple juice. And then eat seven ounces of boiled beef with a glass of meat broth.
Dinner. Make a salad from cucumbers, tomatoes, greens and yoghurt. Then eat a cup of plain yoghurt or kefir.

So, the seventh day seems to be over… During this week, you were eating only healthy, low cholesterol food. This isn’t a strict calorie restriction diet, so you shouldn’t feel hungry during the day.

If you managed to keep to this meal plan, then perhaps you already feel much better than before starting this Chinese diets plan. I’m sure you have the feeling that your head is clear and your mind is bright. And you can feel that you’re full of energy and wish to do something new. That’s because this diet makes you inner energy chi stronger.
