Always Follow Healthy Weight Loss DietsNowadays television, the Internet and magazines are washed with pictures of supermodels whose figures makes millions of women envious and seduce men who crave for them.

These pictures that we see on covers of fashion magazines serve as embodiments of perfection for crowds of women who are ready to go through absolutely everything to achieve the same result. Many of them turn to plastic surgery thinking it is an easier way of reaching their goals and later become addicts. Others turn to dieting.

Today there are a lot of diets that promise you extra weight loss in a short period of time. Most diet pills cause a number of side effects and health problems. So, think well before choosing the right diet for you. And bear in mind that no diet will help you achieve the desired result unless supplemented by physical activity, which will guarantee fat burning and a slim, healthy look.

There are a number of healthy diets to choose from. Crash diets, for example, severely restrict calories you intake. Cabbage soup, for instance, is highly advisable, especially when combined with other vegetables, like peppers and onion, that have low vegetable calories and at the same time are rich in vitamins.

Another calorie restriction diet is juice fasting, which is quite practical. It is not only a wonderful method of weight loss but is also a perfect solution to cleaning your body from toxins. This diet should be followed for no more than three days and should be accompanied by six glasses of water every day. However, there are certain fruits that should be excluded, such as fruits with pits and seeds (cherries, peach, apricots, etc.) and fruits with tough skin. This diet should not be followed by children, pregnant and nursing women and people with health problems like diabetes, cancer, low blood pressure and other diseases.

Other foods that are low in calories include pulses which recharge your body with energy, cereals and those that are nutritious, satisfy your hunger fast and make you feel full for a long time.
