Your stomach: Hot lemon water is good for the stomach. So mix lemon juice with hot water and drink it daily. Lemon water has cleansing effects and purifies the blood. It also fights against parasites, helps with nausea as well as dizziness and cures constipation.

Drink lemon water twice a day. Just pay attention to the following:
- Drink a glass of half-lemon water if you weigh less than 154 pounds.
- Drink a glass of full-lemon water if you weigh more than 154 pounds.
