Trying To Fight Stretch Marks :: By Emma
03/03/10
Women have so many enemies to fight against every single day — cellulite, acne and those annoying stretch marks all over the body. Stretch marks may appear even when you are really young, like 18 years old, as a result of overeating, pregnancy or lack of exercise.
So, how can you fight against those irritating stretch marks?
It’s too difficult to get rid of them. But you can try to make them less visible. Here are a few tips that can be useful for you:
- There are many cosmetic skin products that can lessen stretch marks on your body and prevent the emergence of new ones. But try to find products that contain olive, vegetable or citrus oils, because these ingredients will help to keep your skin resilient.
- Skin nutrients are also good guardians from stretch marks. For example, vitamin A, which contains retinol, helps keep your skin cells healthy. The healthier they are, the less likely that you will have stretch marks.
- Bio sugar, collagen and extract of carrot will strengthen the skin fibers and protect it from laxity.
- In the end, remember the most important rule: if you need to get rid of some extra weight, do it properly and gradually, not more than two pounds per month. And, of course, don’t forget about exercising, yoga and swimming.
