Life is a sequence of black and white periods. Everyone faces hard situations but it’s important to stay mentally and physically stable to resist all signs of anxiety and stress.

Here psychoanalysis comes to the rescue to find and define the root problem, be that a childhood anxiety or a later trauma. You must never panic as the rehabilitation period differs depending on the person, lasting from two months to a year or even more.
On the other hand hypnosis is also a tried and true therapy method and could be used. But only the wise combination of these treatments can bring you relaxation, calmness and peace.
