A good sleep is very essential for an energetic and healthy life. People who suffer from sleep disorders feel weak and tired during the whole day.
Besides, there are numerous bad consequences that result from sleep disorders: low blood pressure, constant headaches, weak immune systems, decreased nutritional intake and so on. Jet lag is also something that is very common among people who have sleeping disorders.
Jet lag is a problem that flyers passing though many time zones have to face. They start to feel fatigue and weakness. Jet lag may last from several hours to several days. Most people are not aware that jet lag is especially frequent among people suffering from insomnia.
Jet lag is not an illness, it is rather a condition. When we mention a jet lag cure, we do not directly cure the jet lag, we just treat the underlying cause. Many doctors all over the world still search for new jet lag cures, but many claim that the main reason of jetlag is insomnia.
It is a very unpleasant thing, and there are many people who prefer not to travel at all to avoid jetlag.
